1. Overview

pricehub provides real-time alerts for pricing errors, limited-time deals, and community resources to help members save and earn. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Monthly plan: $50/month, billed monthly until canceled.
  • Quarterly plan: $120 per quarter, billed every 3 months until canceled.
  • Prices may change with prior notice via the email on file.
  • Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Access remains active through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

Because pricehub provides immediate access to digital content and community resources, monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted. For quarterly plans, discretionary refunds may be considered within 72 hours of purchase if minimal usage is detected and benefits were not materially used. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, rebroadcasting, or reselling of alerts or content without permission.
  • No sharing of private links, invitation codes, or member-only content outside your account.
  • No unlawful activity, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials available through pricehub remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access member content for personal use.

7. No Financial or Legal Advice

Information provided by pricehub is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee profit, savings, or specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pricehub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or suspected abuse.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or applicable laws. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
