PriceHub provides real-time pricing error alerts, exclusive deals, and community resources to help members save money or build a side income.

Information we collect

  • Account details (name, email) to manage your membership
  • Payment information processed securely by our payment partners
  • Usage data (pages visited, clicks) to improve alerts and features
  • Device and log data (IP address, device model, operating system, app version) for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics
  • Authentication activity logs (login and session refresh events with timestamps and device information), retained for 90 days

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics, hosting) strictly to operate the service, under data processing agreements.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Authentication activity logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to safeguard your information.

Mobile App (PriceHub Notifications)

Our iOS mobile app collects only the minimum data required to function:

  • Discord User ID — used to authenticate your membership and link your subscription
  • Push Notification Token (Device ID) — used solely to deliver real-time deal alerts to your device
  • Device & Network Information — On login and session refresh, we record your IP address, device model and brand, operating system version, and app version for security and administration
  • Activity Logs — Authentication events (logins, token refreshes) are logged with timestamps and device information. Logs are retained for 90 days then deleted automatically

This data is used exclusively for app functionality (authentication and push notifications) and account security (IP and device logging). It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Authorized PriceHub administrators may view your account information, device details, IP address, and activity logs for the purposes of account support, investigating abuse, and maintaining service integrity.

The mobile app does not use cookies, third-party analytics, or any tracking frameworks. No data collected through the app is shared with or sold to third parties.

Your push notification token is stored on our server only while your account is active and is deleted upon request or account removal.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for removal.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, notify members.
